A School That Balances Report Card Grades and Character Values.
From a single kindergarten building in 1998, Cendekia Nusantara now houses four education levels on one integrated campus in Malang.
How It All Began
Cendekia Nusantara began as a small kindergarten founded by a group of teachers who were troubled to see early childhood education focus too heavily on reading, writing, and arithmetic without building character. Twenty-eight years later, that idea has grown into an integrated campus from kindergarten to senior high with 1,850 active students.
We still hold the same principle as from the start: report card grades matter, but the character that shapes how a child faces the world after graduating matters far more.
What We Uphold at Every Level
Lessons are tied to students' real experiences, not just memorization for exams.
Honesty and teamwork are built before students are encouraged to compete for grades.
Extracurriculars are not an add-on but an official pathway for developing non-academic potential.
Regular progress reports and periodic consultation sessions, not just semester report cards.
